Reviewing the below new work by Stephen Wolfram’s project generates questions, especially by the parenthetical exceptions that Wolfram himself footnotes. In the below, Wolfram states that there is a concept that works, but that he is excluding. That needs inspection and leads to a solution via my revised concept-static magnetic duopoles instead of magnetic monopoles.
